My goal is to have you feeling welcomed and encouraged the minute you walk through the door. Bang Bang Muay Thai Maitland exists to provide encouragement, support, and help you become stronger than you ever thought possible! WE HAVE GOT YOU!
My passion for Muay Thai, fitness and helping women gain confidence inside and out is what gets me fired up each day! Being able to pass on my skills and help you learn and become stronger is fire that gets lit inside and fills my soul.
We all have to start somewhere (including myself) and it’s HARD! However, having the drive for a different life, to make healthier decisions and to kick some ass is how l stay on track week after week. I believe consistency and discipline are the keys to success.
It starts because WE BELIEVE IN YOU – then something amazing happens – YOU BELIEVE IN YOU TOO. I cannot wait to be right next to you on the mats for your new fitness journey with us.
